What are the possible safety and security features?

Safety and security equipment would include belt alert, airbags like the supplemental side seat, power-assisted four-wheel antilock brakes, brake override, brake assist, electronic park brake, all-speed traction control, hill-start assist, rainy day braking, trailer sway control, a rearview parking camera, power locks, a sentry key immobilizer, tire-fill alert, LATCH, and a tire pressure monitoring system. For extra items you could also get a security alarm, an electronic controller for the trailer, a security alarm, park rear assist, parallel and perpendicular parking assist, blind spot monitoring, surround view camera, and rear cross path detection.

What are the two engine options?

Under the hood of the 2019 Ram, 1500 could be one of two engines. The first engine is a 3.6-liter V6 with 305 horsepower and 269 lb-ft of torque. This capable first engine comes with an eTorque mild hybrid 48-volt battery pack. The second engine is a 5.7-liter V8 engine that comes with a variable valve timing and cylinder deactivation system. This V8 engine is capable of producing up to 395 horsepower and 410 lb-ft of torque power. Both engines come with an eight-speed automatic transmission as well.

What are the trim options?

The seven available trim levels would be the Tradesman, the HFE, the Big Horn, the Laramie, the Longhorn, and the Limited. Starting the trim lineup off is the Tradesman with its 5-inch touchscreen, its 18-inch steel wheels, vinyl flooring and upholstery, Uconnect infotainment system, its heated side mirrors, auxiliary audio input jack, dual USB ports, Class III hitch receiver, trailer sway control, cruise control, rearview camera, automatic headlights, locking tailgate, Bluetooth, and push-button ignition. The HFE trim focuses in more on energy efficiency. The Big Horn adds with foglights, tinted windows, 20-inch wheels, side steps, air suspension, LED lights, dual-zone climate control, a larger touchscreen infotainment system, smartphone integration, and off-road underbody protection. The Rebel is the off-roading trim with all the best features for going on some trail riding fun. A few of these features would be the fortified shocks and suspension, the front tow hooks, and the skid plates. Next is the Laramie trim with its leather upholstery, power-adjustable seats, heated and ventilated seats, heated steering wheel, and keyless entry. The Longhorn trim then comes with chrome side steps, upgraded leather upholstery, navigation, a leather-wrapped wood steering wheel, front bucket seats, automatic high beams and windshield wipers, and a power tailgate release. The Limited trim tops everything off with premium-leather bucket seats, power-retractable side steps, blind spot monitoring, chrome exterior trim, adjustable air suspension, and so much more.
