Here at Charlie's Dodge Chrysler Jeep Ram we like to stay active as contributing members of the community we call home. Our commitment to community engagement can be seen in almost everything we do, whether we're helping local schools fundraise, supporting our law enforcement, or contributing to various nonprofit organizations.
Toledo Walleye Chuck-a-Puck Sponsor
Charlie's is committed to supporting the young people in our community. We support a variety of youth nonprofit organizations by sponsoring the Toledo Walleye's Chuck-a-Puck Program. The participating Chuck-a-Puck group will sell numbered pucks for as a fundraiser for their organization. Then during a designated intermission, fans are invited to chuck the pucks on to the ice at specific targets for a chance to win prizes.
Maumee D.A.R.E. Vehicle Donations
Charlie's is proud to have donated D.A.R.E. vehicles to the Maumee Police Department for over 20 years!
 Toledo Jeep Fest
Toledo Jeep Fest hosts thousands of Jeep enthusiasts from across the country for an All-Jeep Parade, sponsored by Charlie's, through downtown Toledo, an All-Jeep Exhibit, a massive Vendor Midway, and much more. Charlie's has been a proud sponsor of every Toledo Jeep Fest to date!

WTOL's Pack-A-Pickup and Big Board Friday Sponsorships
We had another successful year as a sponsor for Pack-A-Pickup! We provided the trucks at high school football games for fans to fill with canned goods, benefiting the SeaGate Food Bank. Altogether, 26,670 pounds of food (equal to 106,680 meals) were donated in the 2019 football season! St. John's Jesuit was the school with the most donations, 13,467 pounds, so they won $500 for their school.
We are also sponsors of WTOL's Big Board Friday. Big Board Friday recognizes high school athletic coverage in our local communities.
Savage Foundation Golf Classic
We are proud to be the Hole-in-One Sponsor for the Savage Foundation Golf Classic! Over the past 16 years, the Golf Classic has raised more than $1.15M for hundreds of charities in the NW Ohio.
Test Drive Fundraisers
Charlie's Dodge Chrysler Jeep Ram has participated in various Drive for Kids and Dodge Booster Club fundraisers for schools and nonprofit organizations in our community. Our sales teams conducted test drives at schools, for which the FCA brand contributed $20 per test drive.
The Law Enforcement Torch Run
The Law Enforcement Torch Run for Special Olympics is the largest grass roots fund raising program benefiting Special Olympics here in Ohio. This event unites law enforcement agencies and the communities throughout the state - who all work together toward a common goal of raising awareness for Special Olympics Ohio. Local police officers run or ride bikes in one of four planned routes covering the state and leading to the opening ceremonies in Columbus. Officers pass the torch from jurisdiction to jurisdiction, allowing the various communities watch officers working together in an effort to reach a common goal. In year's past, through our local efforts, the Law Enforcement Torch Run was able to raise just over $500,000.00 for Special Olympics Ohio.
