The 2023 Chrysler Pacifica is available with two powertrain options. Standard equipment for all trim levels is a 3.6-liter V6 engine. This supplies drivers with 287 horsepower and 262 lb-ft of torque. Meanwhile, the Touring L, Limited, and Pinnacle trim levels are available with the plug-in hybrid electric vehicle (PHEV) system, which features a 3.6L V6 engine, two electric motors, and a rechargeable 400-volt lithium-ion battery pack. All Chrysler Pacifica models come with a nine-speed automatic transmission powering the front wheels. However, the Touring L, Limited, and Pinnacle are eligible for an intelligent all-wheel drive system that transfers torque to the axle with the most traction.
